Mikuni Pumper Carburetor Kit 36mm - Honda XR400R

This 36mm Mikuni Carburetor Kit for your Honda XR400R is probably the most significant performance gain you can provide for your XR400R without having to dig into your motor. The Accelerator Pump Carburetor will not only make your XR400 a one-kick start performance-minded machine, which is one of the problems associated with the stock carb, but it will also eliminate the very noticeable flat spot that exists right off the bottom of the powerband. Every XR400 seems to have acquired this dismal trait.

Due to the accelerator pump on this carburetor, jetting does not play as significant a role as with other non-accelerator pump carburetors. Each carb kit comes with a 130 main and a 15 piolet which fits most appilications. Opitonal jetting is also included one up and down on both piolet and main jets. Aluminum adapters are machined here at XR\'s Only and installed onto the bell-housings for your intake manifold and air-boot. This insures an air tight fit. Also included are one pull and one push throttle cables, which adapt the pumper carburetor to your stock throttle assembly. This is the carburetor that should have been on the XR400R from the factory!
